We believe that Four
Seasons Retreat and Momchilovtsi offer the best
of both worlds all year round. It has winter sports
fun and summer activities whilst enjoying the
peace and tranquility of a beautiful village
In
2004 we bought Four
Seasons Retreat
as a shell construction
and had lots of personal imput into the final
design and layout of the house.
Our ambition was to make it into
a welcoming family home/guest house
where children can play in the outdoor freedom
in crystal clear air and families & groups
could have fun enjoying holidays and get togethers
not just in the ski season but the whole
year round.
We also had
in mind that the house should be equally suitable
for smaller groups, couples and individuals as
well as large parties by placing a lounge/dining/kitchen
area on each floor.
Finally,
we furnished the house in a tasteful and comfortable
style with bright, cheerful, good quality soft
furnishings and pine furniture and modern appliances
to make it feel more like a home than a holiday
let. Four
Seasons Retreat
was completed in 2007 to very high standards and
is located in the heart of the picturesque, friendly
village of Momchilovtsi.
The
village has many facilities and amenities such
as many food shops, several restaurants, a Post
Office, an ATM and a Tourist Information Centre
right on the doorstep and is also within easy
access to nearby Smolyan Town and Pamporovo

which sleeps 15+ with log
fires in each lounge regularly
cleaned and maintained by a local couple who also
check all appliances are in working order.
The house is centrally heated
with a large wood burner to ensure that the house
is warm and cosy. designed
to accommodate everyone, be it a family, large

pine forests and is known for its clear, unpolluted
air which is particularly beneficial to anyone
